Shipping destinations

FrontierFlint currently ships to addresses within Australia only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping costs AUD $7.95 for orders under AUD $50. Standard shipping is free for orders of AUD $50 or more.

Delivery timeframe

Each product page shows an estimated arrival window based on the available supplier delivery information. The estimate includes processing and transit and is not a guaranteed date. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. Delivery may also be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, remote destinations, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking and split shipments

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch. Items in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window shown on the product page, or arrives damaged, please contact FrontierFlint with the order number and relevant details so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
